These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vaykwinery.com and purchases from Vayk Winery. Vayk Winery is the consumer-facing brand operated by Vayk Group CJSC, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia. References to “Vayk Winery,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean Vayk Group CJSC unless the context indicates otherwise.

Legal age
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine in Armenia and must meet any higher legal drinking-age requirement that applies at the delivery location. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD). No minimum purchase is required. The website uses the current catalog price for every order. For non-members, delivery is included for orders of two or more bottles. A one-bottle order has a fixed delivery charge of AMD 1,500. Active Enthusiast and Collector members receive complimentary delivery on every wine order, regardless of bottle quantity. Before an order is submitted, the website shows the total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charge.
Order acceptance
Submitting the form records an order request. The winery accepts the order after confirming the customer, delivery details, and current release. If a catalog or pricing error affects an order, we will contact the customer before dispatch and offer correction, substitution, or cancellation.
Before submitting the order, the customer can change quantities, remove items, and correct contact and delivery details. To correct information after submission, contact us promptly and quote the order number.
Payment
Ordinary website wine orders are paid in cash on delivery. Paid club memberships and other prepaid orders use ACBA Bank VPOS when that service is active. An order is treated as paid only after ACBA confirms successful payment. Vayk Winery’s website does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Vayk Winery Club
Vayk Winery memberships are offered and administered by Vayk Group CJSC.
Stay Connected is complimentary and provides occasional winery news and selected invitations. Enthusiast membership costs AMD 35,000 and includes eight bottles; Collector membership costs AMD 50,000 and includes twelve bottles. Paid membership begins on the date of confirmed payment, remains active for one year, and does not renew automatically.
Paid members select any combination from the current member wine selection, including multiple bottles of the same wine. The current-release vintage displayed for each selected wine will be supplied. Complimentary delivery anywhere in Armenia applies to the membership wine selection and every additional wine purchase made directly from Vayk Winery during the active membership year. This benefit is not limited to one delivery, and no minimum bottle quantity applies. Each qualifying order will be delivered within 1–5 business days after the order, active membership, and delivery details are confirmed; prepaid orders also require confirmed payment.
Private winery tastings must be scheduled in advance and are subject to winery availability. Vayk Winery may organize one annual Members’ Tasting; admission is for two people with Enthusiast membership and four people with Collector membership. During the active membership year, paid members receive 10% savings on additional wine purchased in person at Vayk Winery, including during a winery event or tasting. This discount does not apply to online or delivery orders, supermarkets, restaurants, distributors, or third-party retailers.
Delivery, cancellation, and returns
Orders are delivered within Armenia. Timing, delivery charges, age verification, and failed-delivery rules are described in our Delivery Terms. Cancellations, replacements, and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Complaints and informal resolution
A customer may submit a complaint by email or telephone using the contact details below. Please provide your name, order number, a clear description of the issue, and the resolution requested. We will acknowledge the complaint and normally provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If additional investigation is needed, we will keep the customer informed. This process does not restrict any statutory or judicial remedy.
